It was 11 P.M. when Nick decided to sleep. He put on blue pajamas and went to Alice’s room, just to see her sleeping... still angry, even in sleep. He smiled and walked back to his room, hitting the bed and falling asleep within minutes. As always, he started to dream about random things related to the day before. Things got weird when he was in the middle of a fight with his math teacher. Suddenly, everything turned a blinding white. He was alone, in the middle of complete nothingness. Even weirder, he was conscious that it was a dream. -What? Is this one of those lucid dreams? I heard that I can do everything when I know that I’m dreaming! Since these are things in my head… I’ll try to get out of here!- He exclaimed, pinching his arm. Nothing happened. -Hey, wait! I won’t let you leave before I finish!- The boy interrupted, raising his right hand. -So, I am the spirit that protects this house! I’m here to assure your safety! Also, I have a special ability… I grant one wish to every new group that moves here. Today, I will grant your sister’s wish!- -Alice asked you something?- -Well, she asked nothing, technically… At least, not directly. When she was alone in her room, I heard her saying “Oh, I hate having a big brother! He can’t even sleep with me! I wouldn’t have this problem if I had a big sis!”- Jubil parroted, replicating Alice’s voice perfectly. -So, I found a solution!- This talk was getting weird… Scared, Nick stepped back. -What are you talking about…?- -I don’t know… Why don’t you look at your hair?- -What?
